Returns, Shipping & Cancellations

Shipping and Delivery. 

We aim to ship within 1 working day. 

All orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the same day, any time after 4pm will be sent the next working day. 


All items will be posted via Tracked 48 for which usually takes 2-3 days.
1st Class tracked, Next Day delivery and dpd shop pick up options available at checkout at an additional cost. 

 

Worldwide Deliverys are shipped within 1 working day.

Europe: between 5 - 12 working days

Asia: between 10 - 14 working days

USA: between 7 - 12 working days

Rest of the World: 10 - 14 working days

 

please note during busy periods please allow an extra 5 workings for your items to arrive.

Returns

At Al-Qima we believe customers should have the right to return, we want you to feel comfortable.
It’s important to us that you’re satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) back to us within 7 days of items being received if conditions are met. Message us to inform us you would like to make a return. 

If you want to make a return or an exchange please ensure that once you have tried on the item you put it straight back into its original package. Do NOT leave the product out of its bag and package it later, this is to avoid smells which we cannot unfortunately refund or exchange if this happens. 
Items must be returned within 7 days of being received.


For exchanges, send the item back to us and once it's been reviewed we will ship out the desired item in shā Allāh.

Please send items back in the condition you receive it. Barak Allāhu fīkum

Please note we do not accept returns for Niqabs and Gloves due to hygiene reasons.

ITEMS MUST BE:

- Unused condition with original packaging 

- Should not smell of perfume/deodorant 

- Should not have makeup stains or any other stains
- Original package should NOT be damaged 

If conditions of returns are not met we will be unable to refund you and packages will be sent back to you and this will be through buyers cost. 

Please note it will be at buyers cost to return an item however, buyers will receive a full refund of the item. We are not responsible for lost items so please send it tracked & keep hold of the tracking number. 

Once the item has been inspected and item is received back in the conditions mentioned above we will refund via the original payment method within two working days. Please allow 3-5 working days for this to reach back in your original payment method.

 

Cancellations: 

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel your order this is completely fine as long as we have not shipped the item out, please get in touch to confirm the status of your order.

Please note there will be a fee for cancellations depending on how much you order is as transactions fees are non refundable once the transaction has been placed, this is a charge from the online credit card transaction company and not from us.


Dispatched items:


If for any reason you have not received your items within the time frames of Royal Mail as we may of missed this, then please contact us so we can chase this up for you in shaa Allāh. We try our best to ensure you receive your items on time and it's important to us that our customers are content with their purchase and feel that we haven't forgotten them once the item has been shipped.
